SCHOOLs FOR SUCCESS AWARDS

0044_belvederejuniorschool(1)

On Friday Mrs Lomax and Miss Wheble from Belvedere Junior School were delighted to attend City  Hall in London to meet Sadiq Khan and receive a Schools for Success award.  These awards are part of the Mayors programme to tackle inequality in education across London.

Belvedere Junior School was 1 of 5 schools in Bexley recognised and celebrated for the outstanding progress their most disadvantaged pupils make from their Year 3 starting points.

The award is proudly displayed in the reception area and is a reminder of all they do at the school to ensure all pupils can achieve whatever they set their sights on!
